For Advertisers: Payments for ads are required upfront, and campaigns will run based on your selected plan. No refunds are provided once a payment is made.

For Publishers: Publishers can earn revenue by displaying ads on their websites. Withdrawal of earnings can be made once the minimum threshold is met. All payments are made securely through the platform, and Thulo Ads reserves the right to review and hold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Ad Quality and Placement

Advertisers: Thulo Ads allows you to target your audience using a variety of filters including location, demographics, and interests. You are responsible for ensuring that your ad creatives comply with our standards and are appropriate for the audience you are targeting.

Publishers: You agree to display ads in non-disruptive formats that do not affect the user experience negatively. Failure to comply with these standards may result in removal from the network.

Data Collection and Privacy

Both advertisers and publishers agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Data collected from your interaction with the Thulo Ads Network is used to improve ad targeting, monitor performance, and ensure the security of the platform.

Prohibited Activities

• Both advertisers and publishers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
